This ordinance applies throughout all of Ramsey County. <br />Subsection 3. Nothing in this ordinance sl�all prevent other local ]evels of government, within <br />Ramsey County, from adopting more restriefive m�asuES to protect citizens frcrosecond-hand <br />smoke. <br />SECTION III. �,��s <br />Subsection 1. Bowling Alley means a commercial bowling alley. <br />Subsection 2. Department means the Saint Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public <br />Health. <br />Subsection 3, Food Establishment has the me�' � set forth at Minnesota Rules, part <br />4626.0020, subparts 35(A) and 35(B). Food Establishmentdoes not inelude those operations <br />ident��ed at Minnesota Rules, part 4626.0020, subpart 35(C), <br />Subsection 4.
