REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval: �'il�� ��ana�ei{�r1p*�ir��a]_ <br />T P � �� �f I�.y� <br />DATE: 09/13/04 <br />ITEM NO: 8. <br />Agenda Section <br />Item Description: Request by Target Corporation for COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br />MAP AMENDMENT, REZONING, PRELIMINARY PLAT, and <br />VACATION of EASEMENTS in accordance with Sections 1045r f�1 ] 5r <br />and 1100 of the Roseville City Code for property located at 1515 County <br />Road B and 2194 State Farm Road (PF3591). <br />1.� REQUESTED ACTION: <br />I, L Target Corporation seeks approval of a COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE MAP <br />AMENDMENT (from SC, Shopping Center and LB, Limited Business to B, Business), a <br />PRELIMiNARY PLAT (combining 5 parcels of land into two reconfigured lots), a <br />REZONING (from SC, Shopping Center District and B-1, Limited Business District to <br />B-3 General Business District) and the VACATION of CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />EASEMENTS (7 separate roadway easements, 1 pathway easement, 1 sanitary sewer <br />easement, and 1 water main easement) for the property at 1515 County Road B and 2194 <br />State Farm Road to allow the redevelopment of the existing 123,000+ sq. ft. Target and <br />40,000+ sq. ft. State Farm office building into a 182,882 sq. ft.
