Guideline for Council Discussion <br />��; ���� � <br />1�: �, <br />��� �W� �� <br />�R <br />Background <br />Since January 2004, Council discussions have been limited to making statements of our opinions and/oar views. <br />This has made it very difficult for us to interact and ask clarifying questions to fully understand the opinions <br />and/or views of the other members. <br />Action: <br />Develop and implement a guideline where members will be able to openly discuss items without making <br />personal attacks. Maybe we can discuss how this can be accomplished and someone can make a motion based <br />on that discussion. <br />
