Joe Machyowsky Mr. Machyowsky spoke in opposition to the proposed project and use of taxpayer monies to private developers. Mr. Machyowsky concurred with comments of Senator Mary regarding the responsible parties paying for clean up costs. Mr. Machyowsky appealed to a11 Roseville residents to contact Mayor Klausing and the City Council to voice their opposition to this proposal, and urged the television audience to write, e-mail, phone or personally contact their elected officials. Mr. Machyowsky alleged that the City Council had kept this issue mysterious and "hush-hush" and further alleged that negotiations had occurred behind closed doors between the City and developers. Mr. Machyowsky opined that the City Council was getting a bad name, and needed to rebuild the community's faith in their efforts to do the "right thing" by their citizens. T. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn noted several accusations that had been made by those commenting, relating to the integrity of the materials brought forward by Mr. Casserly, and questioning his intent. Mr. Kysylyczyn spoke in defense of Mr. Casserly, and urged the City Council to take a leadership position and make it clear to the public, that Mr. Casserly had no hidden agenda, and his resume should not be questioned. Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that such comments were improper and disrespectful, and if anyone in the audience knew Mr. Casserly and his background, they would concur. Mr. Kysylyczyn referenced previous comments by Mr. Machyowsky related to "something fishy going on," opining that the issue was that of a leadership problem experienced in the City since January of 2004. Mr.
