In addition, the district has the lowest average age of residents <br />of all of the planning districts, with an average age of 37 and the lowest average <br />multifamily household income at $24,559 compared with the single family <br />household income in the district above $84,000. <br />Planning District 12 has by far the most condos of all of the districts with 422 <br />condos and the second most ownership multifamily units, with 292 units. Also, <br />about 20 percent of the children living in District 12 reside in multifamily units. <br />Planning District 13 has a high density of multifamily housing with the second <br />highest number of persons per acre, 24. However, the multifamily housing <br />consists of only apartments and there are neither condos nor ownership <br />multifamily units. <br />In Planning District 14, multifamily residents make up about 18 percent of the <br />total district population, but only 8 percent of the district's preschoolers and 6 <br />percent of the district's school aged children are multifamily residents. <br />Planning District 15 has the most persons aged 25-54. Planning District 15 has <br />the second highest degree of diversity in its residents; 24 percent are minority. <br />Roseville's multi-family housing diversity creates housing choice and enhances its <br />character. It should be viewed as an asset. With a central metropolitan location, Roseville <br />is a special place with the best of all housing worlds.
