This class (and weight) of utility trailer has always <br />been been stored in side and rear yard areas of residentially zoned property for <br />unlimited periods. The proposed language change (below) will allow this use (and <br />weight range) to continue. <br />�.� The revised "nuisance" (use or activity not allowed) language would include: <br />Section 407.03Q. Storing of Boats, Trailers and Inoperative Motor Vehicles in Front <br />Yards: <br />]. The storing of the following things for a period longer than seventy-two (72) hours <br />in the front yard of any residential zoned area: <br />a. Trailers of any kind, unless supporting a boat of twenty feet (20') or less. <br />b. Boats or watercraft of any kind in excess of twenty feet (20'). <br />c.
