ARTICLE II. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION <br />Roseville GIS Support Services. Roseville will from time to time make its GIS Coordinator <br />available to respond to Coalition GIS system and data base management questions and <br />technical needs. Roseville reserves the right to decline Coalition requests whenever it <br />determines such requests might interfere with staff assignments. Further, the Coalition agrees <br />to limit its requests for Roseville's GIS Coordinator's assistance to no more then eight (8) <br />hours of work per month. <br />Coalition Compensation. The Coalition agrees to pay the City of Roseville an hourly rate of <br />$75.00 for each hour its GIS Coordinator spends assisting the Coalition on GIS matters. <br />Coalition Reimbursement. In addition to the above compensation, the Coalition shall <br />reimburse the City of Roseville for supplies used, printing and related costs incurred by the <br />City of Roseville as the result of any Coalition requests for GIS support services. <br />Method of Payment. The Coalition shall compensate Roseville as set forth herein upon <br />receipt of an invoice setting forth the hours to be compensated and detail listing of expenses <br />incurred. Roseville shall submit an invoice for services performed or costs incurred on behalf <br />of the Coalition and the Coalition shall make payment of said invoice in a timely manner. <br />Coalition GIS Service Compensation. The Coalition shall compensate the City of Roseville <br />in the amount of $2,500.00 for housing the Coalition's computer server. The Coalition shall <br />pay the GIS Server Compensation amount herein upon receipt of an invoice from the City of <br />Roseville. <br />ARTICLE III. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />Term. This GIS Services Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution below and <br />remain in effect until December 3 l, 2000 unless terminated prior thereto as set forth herein. <br />A�reement Modifcation. The terms of this Agreement may be changed or modified by <br />mutual agreement of Roseville and the Coalition. Such amendments, changes or <br />modifications shall be effective only on the execution of written amendment(s) signed by both <br />Roseville and the Coalition. <br />ARTICLE VII. <br />MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br />��i�ti� shall not assume any liability for the work that its GIS Coordinator <br />performs at the request of the Coalition and all said work is provided on an "as is" basis. <br />Authorized Agents.
