�� <br />Request for Council Action <br />Date: 04/10/00 <br />Item Number: H-1 <br />Department Approval Manager Approval Agenda Section <br />Item Description: <br />�� <br />Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association Request for <br />Placement of Water Ski Course and Jump on Lake Owasso <br />Hearing <br />Back�round <br />The Council, at its March 27, 2000 meeting, established a public hearing for April 10, 2000 to consider the <br />Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a water ski course and water ski <br />jump on Lake Owasso. <br />Notice of the Hearing regarding the request has been mailed to affected property owners and placed in the <br />legal section of the Roseville Review. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />It is recommended the Council recommend that the Ramsey County `Sheriff approve the request for the water <br />ski course and jump on Lake Owasso. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion recommending approval of the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for permit from the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff to place a water ski course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso for 2000. <br />
