FaY 482-�232 The Ramsey County Public Works Department is requesting an interim use permit from the City of Roseville to allow concrete crushing and concrete production in the Ramsey County storage yard located off of Larpenteur Avenue at Kent Street. The County is reconstructing Larpenteur Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to dale Street over the next several years. The intent of this reconstruction is to utilize and recycle the materials from the existing Larpenteur Avenue in the new construction. Several concerns over impacts caused by these operations at the Kent Street site were brought up at the recent City Council work session. Ramsey County has reviewed these concerns and proposes the following conditions at the Kent Street site. General Conditions 1. Ramsey County will plant up to 40 pine trees (4-6 foot) on the north berm of the property. 2. Ramsey County will repair the erosion near the culverts that drain the site on the north side of the property. 3. Ramsey County will limit all general use hours from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday- Friday. Under unusual conditions the County may be granted additional time under permission of the Roseville Public Works Director. Sbecial Conditions for Larpenteur Avenue Concrete Oberations 1. Concrete crushing will only be allowed between April lst and May 15th. The hours of operation will be limited to 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
