2. Concrete crushing operation shall not exceed 15 working days in the above mentioned <br />time period. <br />3. Concrete batching will be allowed for two separate five working day periods during the <br />summer months in 1998, 1999 and 2000 during construction on Larpenteur Avenue. <br />4. Concrete crushing and batching operations will only be permitted for materials coming <br />from and going to the Larpenteur Avenue construction projects. <br />5. The City will provide the to the County a mailing list which will be used to for <br />notification of these operations. the County shall notify those on the list at least five (5) <br />days prior to when each operation commences. <br />6. The County will take periodic noise measurements during each operation and during <br />other times as deemed necessary by the County of requested by the City. <br />7. The City will restrict the use of the site for chipping by NSP during the construction <br />period except during an emergency. <br />8. The County is requesting the interim use permit for three years (1998-2000). If the City <br />wishes to review this permit on an annual basis it must do so by January 1 st of each year. <br />Thanks for your continued assistance on this project.
