The cost of this study is not part of the approved 2000 budget <br />and is not yet included in the preliminary 2001 budget. Once detailed consultant proposals have <br />been prepared, a more budget amendment will be brought to the Council for consideration. It is <br />expected the first $25,000 will be funded through the existing 2000 budget and that the <br />additional $25,000 to $35,000 will be allocated from the 2000 contingency fund. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: Motion approving the authorization to solicit <br />request for proposals for the County Road C Urban Design Master Plan. <br />Prepared by: Karl Keel <br />
