5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />51 On September 13, 2000, the Roseville Planning Commission held the hearing regarding <br />the Maser conditional use permit request. No citizens addressed the Commission <br />regarding this request. The Commission had few questions regarding the request to <br />which Mr. Maser and staff answered. <br />5.2 The Planning Commission recommended approval (5-1) of the request by Dick Maser for <br />a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 1,008 square foot detached accessory <br />building (garage) adjacent to the north property line at 2916 Woodbridge Street, based on <br />the findings in Section 3 subject to the conditions recommended in Section 4 of the <br />pro�ect report. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />61 By motion, approve a resolution approving a conditional use permit to Dick Maser to <br />allow construction of a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building (garage) adjacent <br />to the north property line at 2916 Woodbridge Street, based on the findings in Section 3 <br />and the conditions stipulated in Section 4 of the project report. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke <br />Attachments: Properry location map, aerial photo, site plan, building elevations, floor plans, and narrative. <br />60-Day Schedule: Application receiver on August 21, 2000; accepted on August24, 2000; Decision deadline is <br />October20, 2000. <br />PF3258 RCA (0925300) Page 4 of 4 <br />
