The Ci ty Counci I w i I I vote on approval of the M ayor' s re�appoi ntments at the same me�i ng at <br />whi ch the re�appoi ntments are made. <br />C. I f the Ci ty Counci I does not approve of a reappoi ntment, that shal I cre�ate a vacancy on the H RA <br />Board. <br />D. The procedure for f i I I i ng vacanci es decl ared or cre�ated by thi s procedure shal I be as descri bed i n <br />Secti on I above. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust, <br />and upon a vote bei ng taken thereon, the fol lowi ng voted i n favor thereof: I hlan, Pust, Kough, Roe <br />and Klausing <br />and the fol I owi ng voted agai nst the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolutionwasdeclared duly p�sed and adopted. <br />
