RHRA_ Services Contracts (02-20-07) - Page 2 of 2 <br />As with other HRA work, time spent by the City of Roseville staff for support services <br />would be provided in quarterly reports prepared by the executive director and will <br />include the actual time spent by Roseville administrative staff for support services on <br />HRA matters. <br /> <br />Executive Director Services Contract: <br /> <br />The HRA has three options regarding the services of an executive director as outlined by <br />the attached memo from Community Development Director John Stark. Currently, <br />minimal management work of the HRA is being completed by Cathy Bennett with BCS, <br />Inc. on an hourly basis. Dependant upon which option the HRA chooses, a contract for <br />services should be approved (either with BCS, Inc or the City) or authorization to hire a <br />part time position within community development should be provided by motion. <br /> <br />2.0 Suggested HRA Action <br /> <br />1. By motion , approve a service contract with the City of Roseville for staff support services <br />for $10,800 prorated monthly for 2007. <br /> <br />2. By motion, approve one of the following options. <br /> <br />a. Approve a service contract with the C ity of Roseville for executive director <br />services in the amount not to exceed $45,000 for 2007. <br /> <br />b. Approve a service contract with BCS, In c for executive director services in <br />the amount not to exceed $45,000 for 2007. <br /> <br />c.
