City of Roseville, Comprehensive Plan Update <br />A CD is available for review and public comment for 60 days, through mid- <br />December. Aichinger noted that there are specific items to be done in the water <br />plan section as required by the Metropolitan Council. Chair Stark suggested that <br />at the next work meeting the Board compare the Comprehensive Plans of <br />Shoreview and Roseville in regard to water quality issues. <br />2. Freshwater Society, Presentation & Reception, October 2008 <br />3. Ramsey County, County Manager, Comprehensive Plan Update, October 1, <br />2008 <br />The Board is required to acknowledge receipt of the Ramsey County <br />Comprehensive Plan for review and comments or indicate no comments. <br />Noonan noted that the section on surface water is consistent with GLWMO <br />policies. <br />Aichinger suggested the document be assigned to Shoreview or Roseville for <br />review and processing. <br />4. University of MN, Water Resources Center, MINNEgram, September 2008 <br />5. MN Department of Natural Resources, Amended Permit #2005-3085, Water <br />Level Control Structure, City of Vadnais Heights, September 9, 2008 <br />Noonan reported that a culvert across Vadnais Boulevard is needed to make <br />the completed channel outlet effective. It will be located at the eastern end of the <br />roadway, which will be held with sandbags until the project is completed. <br />6. Shoreview Green Community, athank-you for contribution to Shoreview <br />Green Community Awards Program, August 11, 2008 <br />Eckman reported that more participants than last year, including two properties in <br />Roseville, entered the Green Community Awards Program. The City of <br />Shoreview gave over $700 in awards. <br />The following correspondence was sent during this period: <br />1.
