Aichinger noted that fund balances were not rolled over but will be in the next report. C. Invoices Maloney recommended payment of the following invoices received, noting the first NATURE cost-share recipient for a rain garden. The amount of $10,000 was set aside for this year. Aichinger responded that up to $30,000 could be allowed. Eckman stated that the primary focus of the program is for residents, although a business could be considered. Aichinger suggested revising the procedure for Board approval so there is opportunity to address any question that may arise after the project is done. Stark stated that the infrequency of Board meetings could be a problem for granting application approvals. He requested a review of the minutes to clarify the Board's intent regarding the NATURE Cost-Share Assistance Program and consideration of the approval process.
