Roseyille's ordinance is grandfathered since it was enacted in 193. prior to <br />state rules (1972) and statutes (1973) requiring JPA's for regulation of lakes within t,to <br />municipalities. X11 of Roseville's Chapter 702 is grandfathered. An individual section <br />would lose "grandfather" status if an}~ words in the section were changed, however. other. <br />unchanged sections would probabh• remain grandfathered.
