Obtain information from MPCA <br />5.5.2 Establish goals and policies pertaining to the protection of key water resources. <br />5.5.3 Identify implementation initiatives (i.e. "contingency" basins adjacent to highways in <br />sensitive areas). J <br />5.6 Public ditches. There are no public ditches in the WNIO, so this topic is not applicable. 1~/ <br />Task 6.®-- pleentation Strategies. The review process tends to be longer and more tedious than one <br />might expect from the regulations. It will involve extensive communications to all respondents <br />describing how comments were incorporated into the revisions, and much internal redrafting. <br />7.1 Write and Distribute Preliminary Review Draft. Assumes preparation and distribution of 30 <br />copies of review draft. <br />7.2 Administer a~enev review process (cities, county, state, regional). <br />?.3 Public hearine. Assumes Barr prepares presentation materials and presents at hearing. <br />7.4 Prepare Final Review Draft. Assumes preparation and distribution of 20 copies of final <br />review draft. <br />7.5 Administer agency review process (state, regional). <br />7.6 Prepare Final Draft for BWSR approval. Assumes preparation and distribution of 10 copies of <br />final draft. <br />7.7 Attend BWSR subcommittee review meetine. Assumes Ban prepares presentation materials <br />and presents at hearing. <br />Task S.®--Prepare final Plan. Following BWSR approval, final editing and publishing of the <br />WMP will be required. <br />
