Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 <br />D. ADJOURNMENT <br />Soderbeck introduced the following items not on the agenda: <br />1. Ramsey County Streetsweeping. Soderbeck voiced his concern about the slow response <br />by Ramsey County in sweeping streets. <br />Landwehr moved that staff send of letter to Ramsey County expressing the Board's <br />concern about Streetsweeping, Roessler seconded. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 <br />2. Soderbeck informed the board that a bill requiring phosphorus free fertilizer is not <br />proceeding in the state legislature. <br />3. Soderbeck expressed concern regarding the projected sechi disk reading shown on the <br />historical graph of Lake Owasso since it is worse than the sechi disk reading in recent <br />years. The graph would imply that water quality will degrade in Lake Owasso. The <br />board discussed ways to depict the modeled future reading in relationship to historical <br />readings. <br />Landwehr moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:00 p.m., Soderbeckk seconded.
