New Developments/projects within Roseville affecting the GLWMO -- Nothing new to report <br />since last meeting <br />Lake Owasso Plan, Situation Analysis <br />Recently, staff became aware of a report being prepared by Dick Osgood of Ecosystem Strategies <br />for the Lake Owasso Association. This report, paid for by Ramsey County, will address many of <br />the same issues as the GLWMO Second Generation Plan. Staff became aware of this work third <br />hand and has not been involved in the study. We have informed Ramsey County of the GLWMO <br />interest in this report and have offered the vast amount of data the GLWMO has developed and <br />collected regarding Lake Owasso. In addition, staff has extended an invitation to Ramsey County <br />and Dick Osgood to visit with the Board to discuss their report. A copy of the draft report is <br />attached. <br />
