Dick: <br />Attached is the latest draft of the Lake Owasso Plan, Situation Analysis as <br />we discussed. I understand you will make this available to people attending <br />your annual meeting next week. Recall, that this file was saved from a <br />WordPerfect file, so some of the alignment and numbering are 'off.' All the <br />refight words are there. <br />The next steps will be to develop the management plan part of the plan. To <br />do this, I will use the five points at the end of the Situation Analysis as a <br />springboard to frame recommended management options. I will present this to <br />the Lake Owasso Exec. Comm. plus Noonan and any Grass Lake WMO rep. who are <br />interested. We can schedule that meeting in late-May. Following that <br />meeting, I will make final edits and submit a final plan. <br />Also, I indicated that I have been in contact with Karen Chandler (Barr) who <br />is working on developing the 2nd generation Grass Lake Plan.
