Grass Lake WMO Board Responses to Comments on Draft Watershed Management Plan <br />Date: December 26, 2000 <br />c: Grass Lake WMO Board and Staff <br />Page: 13 <br />GLWMO Response to Comments: <br />According to information provided by Ramsey County, County Ditch (CD) 19 is located in what are now <br />Central Park East Pond, Central Park West Pond, and American Legion. Park Pond. Since the Ramsey <br />County has not conveyed CD 19 to another authority, it is technically still the county's responsibility. The <br />GLWMO will be looking to Ramsey County for clarification regarding the regulatory status of the ditch. <br />Information regarding the ditch and its status will be added to the GLWMO plan. <br />
