Motion: Paul Ellefson moved, Jack Frost seconded, to select Base Bid plus Alternate 1 plus Alternate 3 in <br />order to proceed with the Valley Creek Road Infiltration/Filtration Project. Motion carried. <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Pam Skinner seconded, to accept the combined Base Bid plus Alternate 1 <br />and Alternate 3 as submitted by Glenn Rehbein Companies totaling $224,184.00 as the apparent lowest <br />responsible and responsive bidder for the Valley Creek Road Infiltration/Filtration Project. Motion carried. <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to delete Alternate 3 from the Valley Creek Road. <br />Infiltration/Filtration Project. Motion carried. <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to delete Base Bid Line Items 1.04Y and I.04CC from <br />the Valley Creek Road Infiltration/Filtration Project. Motion carried. <br />3. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion: Pam Skinner moved, seconded by Jack Frost, to adjourn the meeting.
