NOTICE OF HEARING ON STREET UIPROVEMENT P-69-l8 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ,MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, will meet in the Community Room of Rosedale Center, \\lest Highway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on the 5th day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Street Improvement P-69-l8 consisting of the construction of concrete curb and gutter on the east side of Arthur Street from County Road D to approximately 650 feet south of County Road D, and all sub- stantially in accordance with a pre liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $2,610.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties encompassed in the area described as follows: Commencing at a point on the north section line of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, a distance of 833.2 feet west of the north-south centerline of said Section 4, said point being the intersection of County Road D and Arthur Street; thence west along the centerline of County Road D a distance of 250 feet, more or less; thence south at right angles 400 feet; thence west at right angles 453.52 feet; thence south at right angles 1193 feet, more or less, to the south line of the Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23; thence east on said Quarter Quarter (1/4 1/4) line 862.2 feet to the east line of Lot 12,Lake Johanna Homes; thence north along said east lot line 1570.74 feet to the centerline of County Road D; thence west along said centerline 173.2 feet to point of beginning. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
