<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON SA'HTARY SHIER H'iPROVE~.lENT SS-69-22, <br />WA'ffiHNAIN IivlPROVHlENT W-69-23, AND <br />STREET HIPROVEHENT P-69-24 OF TIlE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cound 1 of the Vi tlage of Roseville, Minnesota, wi 11 meet <br />in the Community Room of Rosedale Center, West llighway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on <br />the 5th day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended. on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement 55- <br />69-22, Watermain Improvement W-69-23 and Street Improvement P-69-24 consisting of con- <br />struction on Cope Avenue between Dale Street and approximately 571 feet west of Dale St. <br /> <br />Watermain construction is proposed to consist of a 6" diameter watermain and all necessary <br />appurtenances including services, valves, hydrants, etc., to serve the abutting property on <br />either side of the street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer construction is proposed to consist of an 8" diameter sewer and all necessary <br />appurtenances including services, manholes, etc., to serve the abutting property on either <br />side of the street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Street construction would consist of the grading of Cope Avenue,together with the construct- <br />ion of concrete curb and gutter along both sides of the roadway throughout its entire length <br />followed by the installation of sub-base and a 2 inch plant-mixed bituminous surfacing. <br />The width between curbs face to face would be 32 feet. <br /> <br />The entire foregoing proposed construction would complete proposed improvements 55-69-22, <br />W-69-23 and P-69-Z4, along presently platted but unimproved Cope Avenue between Dale Street <br />and approximately 571 feet west. <br /> <br />TIle foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $26,482.00. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for the improvements includes all properties encompassed in the <br />following: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the east section line of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, <br />a distance of 672.42 feet south of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of said section. <br />said point being intersection of Dale Street and Lovell Avenue. thence west at riW\t <br />angles along centerline of Lovell Avenue a distance of 603.45 feet to a point. said <br />point being the west line of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1, extended; thence <br />south along said west line to the south line of Lot 13, said point also being the <br />north rightMof-way line of S. T.H. 36; thence northeasterly alonR; said right-of-way <br />280 feet, more or less; thence east along said right-of-way to the east section <br />line of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, thence north 516 feet, more or less, <br />along said section line to point of beginning. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard ,"ith reference to the improvement and the area proposed <br />to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and <br />place stlited above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 16. 1970. <br /> <br /> <br />OF TilE VILLAGE <br />
