NOTICE OF HEARING ON STORr.' SEWER AND STHEET IHPROVmmNT ST-P-69-17 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE NOTICE IS HEREUY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, fvlinnesota, will meet in the Community Room of Rosedale Center, Nest lIigh\'lay 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on the 5th day of ~1arch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearinp: pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Olapter 429. as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer and Street Improvement ST-P-69..17 consisting of construction on Oxford Street between "Old" County Road C and "New" County Road C. Street construction would consist of the p:rading of Oxford Street, together wi th the con- struction of concrete curb and gutter alonp, both sides of the roadway throughout its entire length followed by the installation of sub-base and a 2 inch plant-mixed bituminous sur- faCing. The width between curbs face to face \"ould be 32 feet. Also included as part of the street construction is the construction of approximately 60 feet of stonn sewers and necessary manholes and catch basins, which are necessary to pro- vide proper drainage for the street. The entire foregoing proposed constnlction would complete proposed improvements ST-P-69-l7 along present ly partially platted but unimproved Oxford Street, between "Old" County Road C and "New" County Road C. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a pre.. liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. TIle cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $15,760.00. TIle area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties encompassed in the foll owing: Commencing at the soutln"est corner of the Southwest Quarter (SI\' 1/4), Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), Section 2. Township 29. Ranpe 23, thence east along the south line of said Section 1484.73 feet i thence north at right angles 730 feet, more or less, to the center line of County Road "C" thence westerly along said center line 1471.2 feet, more or less, to the west section line of Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, thence south along said west section line 749.8 feet to point of beginning. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
