<br />NOTICE OF !JE^RH~G <br />ON SANITARY SmmR IMPROVEMENT $$-69-12 <br />\)'ATEIU,1AIN H1PROVE~IENT \'1-69-13, ,\;'J[) <br />STREET mPROVE~fENT P.f\9-l4 OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, mNNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, will meet in <br />the Community Room of Roscdale Center, l'iest Hiqhway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on the <br />5th day of~1arch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesotll <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement 55-69-12, Watermain <br />Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-14, consisting of construction on Draper <br />Avenue. between Hythe Street and approximately 200 feet east of Hythe Street to the cul-de- <br />sac dead end; and on Hythe Street between Draper Avenue and Rose\"ood Lane South. <br /> <br />\~atermain construction is proposed to consist of a 6" diameter watermain and all necessary <br />appurtenances including services, valves, hydrmlts, etc., to serve the abutting property on <br />either side of the street right of way. <br /> <br />Sani tary sewer construction is proposed to consist of an 8" diameter sewer main and all <br />necessary appurtenances including services, manholes, etc.. to serve the abutting property <br />on either side of the street right... of-way. <br /> <br />Street construction would consist of the grading of Draper Avenue and Hythe Street to... <br />gether with the construction of concrete curb and gutter along both sides of the installation <br />of sub-base and a 2 inch plant-mixed bi tuminous surfacing. The width between curbs face-to- <br />face would be 32 feet. <br /> <br />'ll\e entire foregoing proposed construction would complete proposed improvements 55-69-12, <br />Iv-69-13 and P-69-14, along presently platted. but lmir.lproved Draper Avenue between Hythe <br />Street and approximately 200 feet east of lIythe Street to the cul-de-sac dead end; and on <br />Hythe Street between Draper Avenue and Rosewood Lane South. <br /> <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance wi th a pre liminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village 1"lanap,er. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $25,614.00. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement inc ludes all properties encompassed in the <br />followlnR': <br /> <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Rosewood Addition, thence <br />south along the 'lfest line of said Lot 1, 118.61 feet to the south line of said <br />Lot 1 i thence west at right angles along the north line of Lot 14, Boardmans Five <br />Acre Lots, 170 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence <br />south at right angles 658.95 feet, more or less, to the north right of way line of <br />Roselawn Avenue; thence east at ri~ht angles along said right-of-way line 331.2 feet; <br />thence north at right angles 315 feet, more or less. to the south line of Lot 6, <br />Rosedale Addition No.3: thence east at right angles 331.13 feet to the southeast <br />corner of Lot 4, Rosedale Addition No.3; thence north at rip'll! angles 311.66 feet <br />tothe northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Roseuale Addition No.3: thence west at <br />right angles 18l.3 feet to thesoutheast corner of Lot 3, lllock 4, Rosewood Addition <br />thence north at right angles 131, 7 feet to the south right-of-way line of Rosewood <br />Lane South; thence west along said right-of-way line 305.43 feet to point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed <br />to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and <br />place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 16, 1970. <br /> <br />
