Wastes whose pollutional effect <br /> <br />is not mitigated by ordinary sewage treatment plant <br /> <br />processes and whose presence in the receiving <br /> <br />stream would violate state or interstate standards <br /> <br />of water quality. <br /> <br />F. Wastes which are a direct hazard <br /> <br />to public health. <br />In detennining the Arden Hills' responsibility under this subdivision, <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall impose the same limitation on their users that <br /> <br />Roseville now or in the future may impose on the users of the Roseville <br /> <br />system, and Arden Hills use shall be further subject to any such <br /> <br />standards or regulations which may be imposed upon Roseville users <br /> <br />by the City of St. Paul or the Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary Sewer <br />District. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall not allow the extension of its <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system to any extension of sanitary sewers beyond the <br /> <br />authorized limits shown in Exhibit "I". Arden Hills may allow sanitary <br /> <br />sewer systems outside of its corporate limits to be inter-connected and <br /> <br />drained through its system provided that all areas served by such <br /> <br />system are wholly within the authorized limits as shown in Exhibit "I". <br /> <br />It is further agreed that Arden Hills will require any extension beyond <br /> <br />its corporate limits to be subject to all the tenns and conditions of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Roseville and Arden Hills have heretofore <br /> <br />designated places of inter-connection of the sanitary sewers between <br /> <br />Page Three <br />
