<br />with any other information required by Roseville or the City of St. <br /> <br />Paul or the Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary Sewer District. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />During the construction of sanitary sewers <br /> <br />within Arden Hills, special care shall be exercised not to allow any <br /> <br />gravel, sand, dirt or any other heavy material to be washed or carried <br /> <br />into the sanitary sewers of Roseville and no grit, dirt or heavy substance <br /> <br />of any kind by Arden Hills to be dumped into its sanitary sewers. When <br /> <br />expense is incurred in cleaning the sanitary sewers of Roseville <br /> <br />due to any such substance being carried into them from Arden Hills <br /> <br />sanitary sewers, such expense shall be paid for by Arden Hills. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Before any extension of its sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system is commenced, Arden Hills shall submit plans and specifi- <br /> <br />cations therefor to Roseville for its information. Arden Hills shall <br /> <br />have the right to extend and connect additional sanitary sewers <br /> <br />provided such sanitary sewers are within the authorized limits of service. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />In case any obnoxious odor or gases shall develop <br /> <br />in the jointly-used sanitary sewer system due to discharge into the <br /> <br />sanitary sewers of Arden Hills of any substance causing obnoxious <br /> <br />odors or gases, such nuisances must be eliminated by Arden Hills at <br /> <br />its own expense upon notice when requested to do so by Roseville. <br /> <br />10. Roseville shall from time to time obtain analysis <br /> <br />and samples of sewage collected from the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of Arden Hills at the point or points of discharge into Roseville's <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system. In the event that this programming of <br /> <br />sampling and analysis shall demonstrate that the sewage or waste <br /> <br />contributed to the Roseville sanitary sewer system at one or more of <br /> <br />Page Five <br />
