(Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />OFFICE WAREHOUSE: A facility in which up to 50% of the total floor area is utilized <br />for the conduct of a business that involves the storage and distribution of goods or <br />merchandise from the premises. (Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />OVERLAY DISTRICT: A zoning district that encompasses one or more primary zoning <br />districts or portions thereof and that imposes additional requirements or relaxes one or <br />more standards required by the primary zoning district. (Ord. 1359, 1-28-2008) <br />PARKING SPACE: A nonpermeable surface located in a permanently maintained area, <br />either within or outside of a building, of sufficient size to store one automobile. (Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLE: Any properly and currently licensed vehicular, portable <br />structure which is (a) built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for <br />travel, recreational and vacation uses; (b) any structure designed to be mounted on a truck <br />chassis for use as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreation and vacation; (c) any <br />portable, temporary dwelling to be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as <br />an integral part of aself-propelled vehicle; and (d) any folding structure, mounted on <br />wheels and designed for travel, recreation and vacation use. (Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />RESIDENTIAL BOUTIQUE SALE: The sale of handcrafted items conducted on <br />residential premises, where the items sold. are made by the occupant of the premises at <br />which the sale takes place, or by friends of such occupant, and where the sale is <br />conducted by said occupant or friends of such occupant and not by an agent or any other <br />person to whom a commission, fee or salary is paid. Items for sale shall be made in the <br />home and not purchased for resale from any retail or wholesale business source nor <br />received on consignment for the purpose of resale. Traditional <br />restaurants may also be a cafe, cafeteria or buffet, coffee shop, and/or deli. Drive- <br />through facilities are not allowed. (Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />RESTAURANT, CLASS II -FAST FOOD CONVENIENCE: An establishment where <br />customers are served their food from a counter or in a motor vehicle, in disposable <br />packages prepared to leave the premises or to be taken to a table or booth for <br />consumption on the premises. Fast Food Convenience can be a cafe, coffee shop, and/or <br />deli. Fast Food Convenience can include drive-through facilities. WITH/INTOXICATING/NON- <br />INTOXICATING (3.2 BEER, WINE AND/OR STRONG BEER): An establishment <br />where customers are served their food in or on non-disposable dishes to be consumed <br />primarily while seated at tables or booths within a building and which has a license to <br />serve only beer and wine. <br />RESTAURANT, CLASS IV -TRADITIONAL WITH/ON-SALE LIQUOR SERVICE <br />
