City of Roseville Twin Lakes AUAR Letter ofAgreement January 18, 2001 8 <br />Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 27: Compatibility with plans and land use regulations. The AUAR document <br />will discuss the proposed AUAR area development in the conte�t of the comprehensive <br />plan. The AUAR will also qualify the impacts of implementing the infrastructure system. <br />Necessary amendments to comprehensive plan elements to allow for any of the <br />development scenarios will be noted. If there are any management plans of any other <br />local, state, or federal agencies applicable to the AUAR area, the document will discuss <br />the compatibility of the plan with the various development scenarios studied, with <br />emphasis on any incompatible elements. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Engineers <br />Task 28: Impact on infrastructure and public services. This item will suminarize <br />information on physical infrastructure presented under other items. Other major <br />infrastructure or public services not covered under other items will be discussed as well -- <br />this includes major social services such as schools, police, fire, etc. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Engineers <br />Task 29: Cumulative impacts. This item does not require a response for an AUAR <br />since the entire AUAR process deals with cumulative impacts from related developments <br />within the AUAR area. <br />Task 30: Other potential environmental impacts. Based on our understanding of the <br />Study Area and the analysis of other issues, we will identify other potential <br />environmental impacts, if any, and describe them for the AUAR documents. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Engineers <br />Task 31: Summary of Issues. Based on the analysis by the project team in the Draft <br />AUAR, we will summarize the issues that appear to indicate potential environmental <br />impacts. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Project Team <br />Task 32: Mitigation Plan. Based on the environmental impacts identified in the Draft <br />AUAR analysis, the project team will generate mitigation alternatives for significant <br />impacts. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Project Team <br />PHASE 2: DRAFT AND FINAL AUAR DOCUMENTS <br />
