City of Roseville Twin Lakes AUAR Letter ofAgreement January 18, 2001 9 <br />Task 33: Prepare Draft AUAR. DSU will assemble the information and analysis <br />prepared by the project team into a Draft AUAR document, with written and graphic <br />information as appropriate, and submit it to the City for public hearings with review and <br />comment and approval by the City Council. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 34: Draft AUAR Distribution. After City Council approval, DSU will assist the <br />City in sending the Draft AUAR to the various agencies on the EQB's distribution list <br />and other interested parties for the required thiriy-day comment period. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 35: Communication with Agencies. DSU and other consultants will contact staff <br />members in key agencies from the list noted above to discuss issues or concerns the <br />agency staff might ha�e. The purpose will be to provide information, answer questions, <br />and promote communication throughout the AUAR process. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Engineers <br />Task 36: Receipt of Comments on Draft AUAR Document. We will receive and <br />coordinate communication to project team members of comments on the Draft AUAR <br />document. We will communicate this list of comments and issues to the City staff and <br />other interested parties. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 37: Response to Comments on Draft AUAR Based on the substantive and <br />timely comments on the Draft AUAR, the proj ect team will prepare responses or <br />additional analysis as appropriate to address the concerns of the commenting agencies. <br />The responses will be communicated both informally to agency staff members and <br />formally in the Fina1 AUAR document. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Project Team <br />Task 38: Final AUAR Document. DSU will assemble the Fina1 AUAR document, <br />either as a revised Draft AUAR document or as a separate document. The Final AUAR <br />will be a summary of the responses prepared by the project team to substantive comments <br />on the Draft AUAR, as well as a final mitigation plan, as required by the EQB Rules. We <br />will send the Fina1 AUAR to the agencies on the EQB distribution list and other <br />interested parties for the required ten-day period in which to file objections to the Final <br />AUAR and mitigation plan. <br />
