City of Roseville Twin Lakes AUAR Letter of Agreement January 18, 2001 10 <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 39: Resolution. If there are no objections to the Fina1 AUAR, DSU will assist the <br />City staff in preparing a resolution for the City Council to adopt the AUAR and <br />mitigation plan at a public hearing. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />Task 40: Objections to the Final AUAR If objections are tiled with the City to the <br />Final AUAR, DSU and the project team will work with the City to correct reasonable <br />technical deficiencies or errors on the part of the consultants and will make one <br />appearance before the EQB in the process. Other types of objections or other meetings or <br />analysis will charged for e�tra. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Project Team <br />Task 41: Objections to the Final AUAR If objections are filed with the City to the <br />Final AUAR, beyond those described above, DSU and the project team, as an optional <br />service, will assist the City in negotiations to resolve the issues and prepare additional <br />analysis or responses as needed. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU and Engineers <br />PHASE 3: ADDITONAL STUDIES <br />Task 42: Additional Studies. If the City needs additional study or analysis after the <br />Final AUAR is adopted, to address issues that arise in the Study Area that may ha�e <br />potential environmental impacts, DSU will assist the City in identifying the issues and <br />designing and carrying out the necessary studies, to be charged e�ra. <br />Primary Responsibility: DSU <br />GENERAL CONDITONS <br />MEETINGS/COORDINATION <br />We propose to meet with City staff and consultants on a bi-weekly basis during <br />preparation of the AUAR, assuming nine (9) meetings with staff and consultants over a <br />four-month period, and two (2) meetings with the City Council to approve the Draft and <br />Final AUAR documents. <br />BACKGROUND INFORI�IATION/�VORK PRODUCTS <br />The CITY will be responsible for providing DSU with a digitized base map of the Study <br />Area for use in the AUAR analysis and documents.
