Storm Water Ponding Proiect. The Storm Water Ponding Project consists of the construction or improvement of a common pond and the construction or improvement of a pond located in Roseville. Shoreview shall pay 80% of the cost of the common pond improvements and Roseville shall pay 20% of such costs. Roseville sha11 pay 100% of the costs of the Roseville pond. 3. Chanpe Orders. Each City shall be responsible for the cost of any change order which it initiates or approves. 4. Administration/Engi�eerin� Fee. Shoreview shall pay Roseville an administrative/engineering fee in the amount of 4% of that portion of the total construction contract which applies to improvements constructed within Shoreview. 3
