A complete and detailed paving, landscape, sidewalk, and fence plan must be submitted prior to grant approval and prior to building permit application. 7,0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION On June 13,200 1, the Planning Commission recommended approval of variances requested by Perry Noland from applicable parking and paving setback requirements for his Roseville Auto Repair Shop located at 2150 Hamline Avenue as stated in the project report Section 3.6 in order to renovate the parking and landscaping on the site, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended in Section 6 of the project report; and further, providing for a two foot parking setback on the south side, and allowing the landscape improvements to be completed after completion of the County work in fall, 2001. 8,0 SUGGESTED COUNCII, ACTION Adopt a resolution to approve (approve w/modifications or deny) the variances requested by Perry Noland from applicable parking and paving setback requirements for his Roseville Auto Repair Shop located at 2150 Hamline Avenue as stated in the project report Section 3.6 in order to renovate the parking and landscaping on the site, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended in Section 6 of the project report; and further, providing for a two foot parking setback on the south side, and allowing the landscape improvements to be completed after completion of the County work in fall, 2001.
