Appro�mately 24% of the householders ha�e lived at <br />the Roseville Mobile Home Park more than five years; 75% of the residents have moved <br />into the park in the past five years. <br />2.2 By reviewing the past aerials from the City and the Park owners, the unit count can be <br />seen for a period of 24 years (1954-1996). The number of homes varied from 83 to 105, <br />and the number of RVs varied from 0 to 4. A new playground, storage, and landscape plan will be <br />completed. Waste enclosures will be improved to clean up the park Specific improvements <br />include: <br />3.1 Screen the Park with privacy fence or plantings from Rose Place <br />3.2 Propose to create four new doublewide spaces along Lexington Avenue Propose to <br />eliminate three R.
