3.0 FISCAL IMPACT <br />3.1 The grant request of $11,350 would have minimal fiscal impact to the City since the funds <br />are covered by the Metropolitan Council's Livable Communities Grant awarded in 1996 to <br />the City for the implementation of the Program guidelines. <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />4.1 Based upon the Sources and Uses analysis provided by Perry Noland of Roseville Auto <br />Repair, staff recommends approval of the Metropolitan Council Grant request in the <br />amount of $11,350 to pay for boulevard landscaping and sidewalks along Hamline and <br />County Road B. The grant would be distribution only after submission of actual expense <br />receipts once the work is complete. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />6.1 By resolution, approve the Grant request by Perry Noland of Roseville Auto Repair for <br />boulevard landscaping improvements, installation of sidewalks at the SE corner of Hatnline <br />and County Road B.
