Maschka asked about funding <br />sources for pond enhancements, and about creating city requirements for pond <br />enhancement in our Zoning Code and within PUD contracts. Goedeke commented on <br />the need to educate and inform private properiy owners about the benefits of this <br />approach toward drainage ponds, citing the example of the new pond at the Hat-Mar <br />Ma1L Klausing stated his support for the design concepts described by McDonagh, in <br />addition to the idea of phasing-in certain minimum standards and addressing ponds on <br />city property on a time schedule. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m. <br />Nea1 J.
