City Council Minutes —12/17/01 <br />DRAFT Copy Page 7 <br />documents. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Klausing, <br />Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />I. <br />J. <br />Land Use <br />Ordinances and Resolutions <br />J-1 Welsch presented. The Applicants were present in the Council <br />Chambers. Goedeke commented on the current condition of <br />the Mobile Home Park, including access for fire apparatus. <br />Mastel abstained. Klausing asked what variations from an <br />approved PUD would come back to the City Council for <br />review. Klausing also asked about Exhibit B to the PUD <br />agreement. Kysylyczyn commented about moving in the right <br />direction. <br />After the second reading, Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, <br />to approve a Zoning Map Amendment from the existing "B-3" <br />(General Business) and "R-2" (Two Family) zoning districts to <br />a mixed use residential planned unit development (MH-PUD) <br />with an underlying zoning of "R-8" (Mobile Home Park) which <br />allow a mix of manufactured housing, traditional housing, and <br />limited seasonal recreational vehicle parking and accessory <br />used within the (9.1 acre) property known as the Roseville <br />Mobile Home Park located at 2599 Lexington Avenue, <br />and, <br />subject to City Attorney final review as to legal form and <br />content, to approve the MH-PUD Final Development Plan and <br />Agreement that established design standards and development <br />parameters under which the Roseville Mobile Home Park must <br />develop or redevelop on the 9.1 acres parcel, located at 2599 <br />Lexington Avenue. It is understood that the effective date of <br />such a planned unit development plan and ordinance will be <br />after the following: <br />• Final City Attorney review and approval of the planned <br />unit development agreement as to legal form and content <br />• Publication of the MH-PUD ordinance <br />• Recording of the MH-PUD document with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder <br />• No new construction may occur before the effective date <br />of the ordinance, except as approved by the Council. <br />Ordinance 1256 <br />Final PUD <br />Rezoning <br />Mobile Home Park <br />2599 Lexington Av <br />(PF3225) <br />
