• <br />, <br />b) Water Main Lateral Rates <br />I <br />� <br />,. � c ) <br />�� <br />The building service assessments described below will be deducted <br />from the total improvement cost to be assessed. The amount <br />remaining after said deductions will be assessed by the following <br />method. The resulting assessment will be known as a lateral <br />benefit assessment. <br />1. Front footage Sasis <br />Determine the total assessible front footage of all lots and <br />equivalent lot units receiving ldterd� benefit and divide the <br />project cost by the total of assessib�e front footage. Each <br />lot or equivalent lot unit assessment is equal to the total <br />assessible front footage per unit multiplied by the front <br />footage assessment. <br />Water Main Suildin� Service <br />The assessment rate for each size of building service 3l4 inch to <br />8 inch shall be determined by adding all the costs associated with <br />� <br />� each size of service and dividing by the total number of services <br />constructed.
