Sidewalks <br />Sidewalks or trails may be required by the City on or <br />adjacent to selected streets or in selected subdivisions. <br />Z. Seeding/Sodding <br />Boulevard restoration by seeding/sodding may be required to <br />prevent erosion. <br />Existing Street Reconstruction Projects <br />Projects which reconstruct existing City streets shall be to the <br />minimum applicable standards for the type of street classification <br />regardless of the existing street section. <br />Maintenance/Rehabilitation Projects <br />1, Cold In Place Recycling and Repaving (CIR/Repdvirtg) <br />Recycling of existing deteriorated pavements by pulverizing, <br />mixing with new asphaltic oils 'and compacting in place-.
