l. All reports and correspondence to (from) the state of Minnesota, including state <br />approvals. <br />2. All reports, records and correspondence regarding any other source of funds for <br />this project other than the MSA state gas taY program. <br />3. Any and all other documents relating to this project witliin the engineering <br />department, or in any other city departments. I am assuming most information <br />will be maintained within the engineering department, but the finance department <br />or other departments may also be involved. Please include the Ramsey County <br />turn back agreement for Josephine Road. <br />Rather than request hard copies of the documents requested in Part II, I would like to <br />merely review those documents at City Hail as convenient for staff to reasonably provide. <br />I could then better determine which documents I would want copies of, and whether hard <br />copies, or if records are on your computer system, perhaps selected electronic copies (in <br />print out format of letter or legal size) that I can get onto a diskette or ZIP file. I have a <br />ZIP file on my home computer, but Pve never learned to use it. It can't be that hard to <br />learn to zip files. <br />To prepare for this study, I went into the foilowing web sites for information: <br />-www.revisor.leg.state.mn.usistats/]62J14.htm. (Mn. Statutes) <br />-www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/arule1882012600.html (Minn. Rules) <br />-same address, but for 8820/2700 through 3 1 OO.html <br />-www. dot. state. mn. us/stateaid/manua110.html <br />-There is also an INF'ORMATION BRIEF prepared by the Research Department, <br />House of Representatives by John Williams, Legislative Analyst (65 I-296-5045). <br />I got this off the internet, I believe at wvw. revisor.leg.state.mn.us address. <br />In connection with Part I of this study, it would be helpful if the responsible persons <br />would go over the documents with me. However, if they don't have the time, I can get <br />by with just hard copies, in whatever form they have available. My assumption is that <br />Pm not paying a lot of money for obtaining these documents. If it is going to be over <br />$25, please call or e-mail ahead of time, and let me know the estimated cost. If the Part I <br />costs are under $25, please just go ahead and let me know when I can come in and pick <br />up the information. <br />
