I am assuming most information will be maintained within the engineering department, but the finance department or other departments may also be involved. Rather than request hard copies of the documents requested in Part II, I would like to merely review those documents at City Hail as convenient for staff to reasonably provide. I could then better determine which documents I would want copies of, and whether hard copies, or if records are on your computer system, perhaps selected electronic copies (in print out format of letter or legal size) that I can get onto a diskette or ZIP file. I have a ZIP file on my home computer, but Pve never learned to use it. It can't be that hard to learn to zip files. I got this off the internet, I believe at �wvw. revisor.leg.state.mn.us address. In connection with Part I of this study, it would be helpful if the responsible persons would go over the documents with me. However, if they don't have the time, I can get by with just hard copies, in whatever form they have available. My assumption is that Pm not paying a lot of money for obtaining these documents. If it is going to be over $25, please call or e-mail ahead of time, and let me know the estimated cost. If the Part I costs are under $25, please just go ahead and let me know when I can come in and pick up the information.
