Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn stated that the petition was available at the <br />Fire Station, and preferred not to read the petition out <br />loud, stating that the content was not the issue, but the use <br />of city time and equipment for political activities. <br />Councilmember Klausing requested that the petition be <br />read. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn refused recognition of Councilmember <br />Klausing's request and recessed the meeting at 6:47 p.m. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reconvened the meeting at 6:53 p.m., <br />with Councilmember Schroeder present. Councilmembers <br />Kough, Klausing and Maschka returned soon after <br />reconvening. <br />Joe Rossini, 440 West County Road C <br />Mr. Rossini spoke to several ethics concerns he had <br />related to Fire Chief Gasaway and other fire department <br />operations. Mr. Rossini displayed a picture of a"Save <br />Roseville" sign at the 2777 North Da1e Street residence of <br />Fire Chief Gasaway. Mr. Rossini further questioned the <br />use of city pagers and radio time to "gloat" over the <br />criminal charges brought against Mayor Kysylyczyn. <br />Councilmember Klausing called for a point of privilege <br />seeking information about the topic under discussion; <br />however, he was not acknowledged by Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 6:57 p.m. and <br />reconvened at 7:02 p.m. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recognized Mr. Rossini; again refusing <br />recognition of Councilmember Klausing's point of <br />privilege request. <br />Councilmember Kough attempted to intervene with a <br />question; with no recognition by the chair. <br />
