Regular City Council Minutes — 09/30/02 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 13 <br />willingness to cooperate with developers. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the motion. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, approval of the Final <br />Subdivision Plat of StoneCrest for the development of the <br />6.9 acre parcel into twenty-two (22) two-family, zero lot <br />line, attached residential homes; and seconded approval of <br />the StoneCrest Final Development Plan and Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement entitled, "StoneCrest Planned <br />Unit Development Agreement" between the City of <br />Roseville and Masterpiece Homes. Inc. <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br />VIIL Reports and Recommendations <br />A. Larpenteur Avenue Monument Issue <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz introduced <br />Ramsey County Engineer Dan Soler, who reviewed sight <br />distance issues at the intersection of Lexington and <br />Larpenteur Avenues, as they related to concerns on <br />placement of three of the six city monuments. <br />Mr. Soler provided charts defining preferred triangular <br />sight lines of five hundred and ten feet (5 10') for safety <br />considerations. Mr. Soler stated that this situation at an <br />intersection is not uncommon and at this intersection <br />included trees, railings, lights, stop lights, as well as the <br />monuments. <br />Mr. Soler stated that Ramsey County had reviewed the <br />Reports and <br />Recommendations <br />Larpenteur <br />Avenue <br />Monuments <br />
