This proposal is up for your vote on December 2"d and we want you to vote AGAINST this proposal. The reconstruction of Hwy 280 proposal closes many streets in Roseville at Hwy 280, however, CR B is the only road that they want to close that is a stoplight intersection. The stoplight will remain in effect for west-bound traffic only but will no longer a11ow access to CR B. We want the CR B and Hwy 280 intersection to remain open for all traffic. The Broadway and Hwy 280 intersection is remaining open, why can't CR B and Hwy 280 intersection remain open? In the attached letter, we explain many reasons why we want the intersection of CR B and Hwy 280 to remain open. The primary reason for keeping CR B open is we don't want to live in a closed neighborhood. By closing CR B at Hwy 280, this allows only one e�t or inlet for a very large neighborhood. And the neighborhood is expanding next summer by 22 new twin homes. Let's talk about safety issues if something happens to the only way in or out of the neighborhood! MN DOT needs the federal money to help with the reconstruction of Hwy 280. The federal money is based on limiting access to Hwy 280, by closing the other non-stoplight intersection and leaving CB B open, they should be able to get their federal money. You, as a member of the Roseville City Council, can stop this proposal to close our road. Please vote AGAINST this proposal.
