Contracts for the purchase of commodities and services 1950 - 1964 BE IT FURlliER RESOLVED that the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to institute a continuing program of record destruction and preservation assuring that the afore- mentioned records shall be destroyed when they are eight (8) years old; and BE IT FURll-IER RESOLVED that the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to destroy election ballots, voters certificates, and election returns after one year from tlle date of the election, unless there is a contest, in which case they must be kept until tlle contest is detennined. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor tllereof: All present and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
