NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS P-73-8 and P-73-9 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Minnesota NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Parkway, in said village on the 31st day of July, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, on Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9. The general nature of the improvements is as follows: a. P-73-8 consisting of the improvement of that portion of the Village of Roseville lying generally in the area of Snelling Avenue and County Road B by the relocation of the Trunk Highway 5l frontage roads on the west side of Snelling Avenue immediately north and south of County Road B to a point approximately 300 feet west of their present connection with county Road B, by the installation of bituminous surfacing, curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain facilities and necessary appurtenances, legally described as follows: commencing at the Southeast corner of Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 29, Range 231 thence North along the East section of said section 658 feet, more or less, to a pointJ thence West parallel with the South section line of said section 328.8 feet, more or less, to a point1 thence South 330 feet, more or less, to a point, thence West parallel with said South section line 130 feet, more or lessJ thence South 325 feet, more or less, to said South section liner thence East along said section line 50 feet, more or less: thence South 400 feet, more or less, to a point on the North property line of Lot l, Block l, Gar1ey Addition1 thence East along said North property line to the Northeast corner of said Lot 11 thence South along the East line of Lot 1 to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Garley Addition.
