MR. GRAYDEN: I don't think you're going to get by that
cheap.

MR. HONCHELL: We've been making estimates for a number of
years and this is (inaudible).

MR. GRAYDEN: Who pays for the feasibility study?

MAYOR LINEBARGER: I believe you gave the part of the
project that is to be assessed rather than the part to go on
general taxes.

MR. HONCHELL: It's $250 a lot and $61,000 for the total
project of which approximately $l5,OOO is anticipated to be
assessed.

MR. GRAYDEN: What is the maintenance involved after it's

in?

MR. HONCHELL: Going out, having the (inaudible) inspected,
probably have the manholes inspected on a 2 to 3 year process,
and flushing the sewers as needed. Potentially every year, and
more likely every four years. It depends on the grade and the
size. It's difficult to say because if you have a steep sewer,
the water going through will clean itself and we won't have
to do anything - or if it's a large sewer. If it's a flat
sewer we may have to be out there every year so it's tough to
say exactly how much it will cost.

MR. GRAYDEN: The total assessment will be the burden of
the people being assessed and not distributed over Roseville.

MR. HONCHELL: The $15,000 will pay the $l5,OOO in the
green area. The remaining $45,000 to $46,000 would be spread at
large over the entire community.

MR. GRAYDEN: Will this be put in before the road is fixed
or after?

MR. HONCHELL: This really has no direct relationship to
the road.

MR. GRA YDEN: Thank you.

MRS. VERNON BAGGENTOSS, 2270 Western: Is there any other
way this can be directed to the people that have a water problem?

9
