MR. DOUG STRONG: That's the overall description of the
area for ease of explaining the area. If we went down the back
property line you wouldn't understand where we are so the over-
all description sometimes does include a few extra lots.

MR. KIRCHNER: So the white lots east of Milton will hot
be assessed.

MR. HONCHELL: We apologize.

MR. LEONARD WOESSNER, 925 West County Road B: Ilm won-
dering if you went along with Plan A, would I be assessed--
my property at the end of Milton--would that be assessed?
That's 925 West County Road B. It wouldn't be on there. but it's
purple on the "c" plan. Ilm at the end of that circle.

MR. HONCHELL: If Alternative A is followed, you would not
be assessed.

MR. WOESSNER: If you took IIBII I would be assessed.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: I take it you:'.re for "A ". Who else
would like to be heard?

MR. JOHN STROM, 2247 Victoria: I live on Victoria at the
end of where (inaudible) is blocked off. I have enjoyed the
big lot for many years and really had no intention of dividing
it, but in order to develop the area it looks like the sensible
way is Plan A and put a street through there. If you look at
the other plan and put a cul-de-sac, those people would have to
go back to Lexington to get out, but the school--tennis courts,
ball park--is over Victoria and I can't see those people
going around. So I think they do need a street to get through
there although it will cost me something and I will lose some
of my lot I still favor Plan A.

MR. HARLEN D. JEPPESEN, 2203 N. Victoria: Ilm opposed to
the improvement and the reason why is they're putting a road
through there and it would be like an earth dam on the north
side of my house. I have a picture of my house at the present
time, if anybody wants to see it. That road would be approxi-
mately the same height as what I'm standing there. I don't
know why they have to put a road there. They could go through
Lot 7 and straight out and have a natural drain down into that
area. You would be losing a couple of lots but that sure is
going to make a mess around my place. I disagree 100% against
putting a road through on the north side of my house.
