MR. JEPPESON: It will cost $l3,OOO to put the road in and
if we develop two of the properties--well, if you can get
$10,000 apiece that would be $20,000. They're only $7,000
ahead and actually we bought the land to have land back of our
properties for us to use and for our children to grow up on
and garden and whatever. So if you can tell me--you can get
a road just three feet above my yard and get to Victoria--I'd
like to see you do it in the wintertime because that's a good
eight to ten feet from where I stand on those pictures--that's
eight to ten feet deep.

MR. KENNETH M. REINHARDT, 2364 N. Victoria (owns property
in the improvement): I own property in the project in question
and I have some questions. I own that Section 3 on the map--
1, 2, and 3 and 19 and 20. Questions I have-- I definitely feel
there should be some sort of development back there. I think
I'm in favor of Plan 2. I got this information about twenty
minutes after four tonight. I wasn't notified because I have
contract for deeds but I cannot file them until (inaudible)
is split so if you will bear with me a little bit, I will stumble
through this.

First of all, I have some questions on the cost breakdowns.
On Alternate B. they have embankment costs of $10,500 and I was
wondering where they have (inaudible).

MR. HONCHELL: Basically the east - west roadway.

MR. REINHARDT: Next is the quarry limestonep What
(inaudible) embankment cost in Alternate A?

MR. HONCHELL: One place it's labeled Ilfillll and the other
Ilembankment". $3,500 of that $10,500 is the same as what showed
up on Alternate A but due to the fact they're going a greater
distance to the west they're running into other problems there
and will have to put in additional fill. That's the difference-
because we're continuing to the west.

MR. REINHARDT: What is the lOO% quarry limestone mentioned
on Alternate B and not on Alternate A.

MR. HONCHELL: That was (inaudible)

MR. REINHARDT: So you need that if you go farther west,
and not with Alternate A.
